Prints
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Duties & Taxes
Original artworks shipped to destinations outside of Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Framed paper prints shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes. If you receive such an invoice, please contact byniniwang@gmail.com and provide the import invoice and we can issue a refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at byniniwang@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are a small team, so responses may take up to 5 business days. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We accept returns for all items, including open edition prints, books, and one-of-a-kind artworks, within 7 days of receiving your package. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival and notify us of any issues within this 7-day window. Currently, we offer to cover shipping expenses on returns only for customers who receive an incorrect order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as all items are made to order. Our store inventory is only available during specific shop openings, making exchanges unfeasible.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to rectify it.
All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure their protection. However, we are not responsible for any mishandling or failed delivery by shipping services, nor for any damage incurred after arrival. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to view our Shipping Policy for more information on shipping processes.
Not Delivered / Lost
If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, first confirm that the shipping address provided was correct. We cannot replace print orders for free if the address was incorrect, but we are happy to forward any undeliverable packages returned to us. In such cases, you will be invoiced for the forwarding shipping costs. If the address was correct, please contact the shipping company directly. Unfortunately, we cannot address issues of failed delivery or theft directly.
Cancellations / Refunds
Duplicate print orders (canvas and paper) created by accident are eligible for free cancellation and refund, provided you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund as all prints are made to order and cannot be cancelled once submitted to our print shop.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from byniniwang.com (the “Site”).

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. YOUR RIGHTS If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
CHANGES We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
